Fluke Fishing Raritan Bay 6/18

We got spearing the day before with our seine net so we decided to head out for fluke Saturday.  Left the dock in Sea Bright around 8am and headed to Raritan Bay.  We drifted a few areas around the fleet, with not much luck but a few shorts.  I decided to take a ride to get away from the traffic which seemed to help.  We had next to no drift but we still were able to manage some keepers and a ton of shorts.

Sea Bright Striped Bass Fishing 4/17

Had Rubin, mark and his son meet me at the dock in sea bright, at the crack of dawn to get a head start on the weekend fleet.  We headed to the grounds and started trolling before all the traffic showed up. We landed a couple right off the bat.  Things slowed a bit due to boat traffic so we anchored up and tried chunking some bunker.  With not much action and a couple of misses we went back on the troll producing more bass.  Hit our limit + and headed back to the dock in sea bright with a happy group of guys.

Sea Bright Striped Bass Fishing 4/14

Had the Yamello's on the boat today and boy did we produce some striped bass action!

With a couple of throws of the net we filled the live well and headed to the spot.  Dunked our bunker in and It didn't take long before we had some serious action. 2 and 3 on at a time. We opted for some lighter equipment to keep us on our toes.   Things slowed down a bit so went on the troll quickly producing 5 more.  We had our limit on the boat and many more went back to swim another day. All exhausted we headed  back to the dock in sea bright.
